Effective Date: January 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Client,” “Rider,” “Guardian,” or “Visitor”) and i2Holdings, LLC (doing business as WildHeart Riding School), located at:
WildHeart Riding School
7700 Stone Road, Apopka, FL 32703
By enrolling in our riding programs, visiting our property, or participating in any activity hosted by WildHeart Riding School, you agree to abide by the following terms, conditions, and policies.
WildHeart Riding School is a DBA of i2Holdings, LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company.
Late Arrivals.
Riders are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled lessons and must proceed directly to the arena upon arrival so instruction may begin promptly.
Late arrivals will not extend the lesson time and will count against the allotted lesson duration. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided due to late arrival.
Rescheduling Policy.
Rescheduling is offered solely as a courtesy at the discretion of WildHeart Riding School and does not constitute a contractual right, guarantee, or obligation.
At the time of initial enrollment, Riders may reschedule a lesson without charge. Riders may also reschedule a lesson without charge if written notice is provided at least thirty (30) days in advance of the originally scheduled lesson date.
Any rescheduling request made outside of these conditions will be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee, charged to the payment method on file.
Rescheduled lessons are limited to available time slots between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday, and are subject to instructor and horse availability. Availability is not guaranteed, and all rescheduling requests are subject to approval by WildHeart Riding School staff.
Clarification Regarding Non-Attendance and Refunds.
Any lesson for which a Rider provides notice of intent to reschedule, but fails to attend the originally scheduled lesson time, shall be considered used unless the lesson is successfully rescheduled and attended in accordance with this Agreement.
A Rider’s subsequent decision not to reschedule, including a decision made after the fact, or inability to attend a rescheduled lesson, does not convert that lesson into a refundable or credited class and does not entitle the Rider to a refund, credit, or replacement lesson.
Failure to attend either the original lesson or the approved rescheduled lesson shall result in the lesson being treated as a missed lesson, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, without exception.
Missed Lessons.
Lessons that are cancelled, missed, or not attended for any reason are considered forfeited and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Inclement Weather.
In the event of inclement weather or unsafe riding conditions, as determined solely by WildHeart Riding School staff, the Facility may conduct a dismounted horsemanship lesson or administratively reschedule the lesson to the next available time block.
The determination of whether conditions are safe for mounted riding, or the conduct of dismounted instruction for the duration of the lesson block, shall be made exclusively by WildHeart Riding School, and such determination shall be final.
All lesson programs require a minimum 3-month commitment.
Lesson slots are limited and scheduled based on rider level, instructor availability, and horse assignments.
Consistency is essential for progress and safety.
This 3-month commitment cannot be paused or frozen for any reason, including vacations, schedule conflicts, or rider preference.
Clients must keep a valid card on file.
Monthly tuition is charged automatically and must be paid on time.
Tuition is non-refundable and secures your child’s spot, trainer, and horse assignment.
Missed payments or early cancellations do not cancel your financial obligation.
If you terminate lessons before the end of the 3-month commitment, your remaining balance will be sent to collections, and you will be responsible for all legal or administrative fees incurred.
Late or missed payments may result in lesson suspension or permanent schedule removal.
Cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.
Automatic Re-Enrollment. Riders wishing to cancel enrollment must notify us in writing thirty (30) days in advance of their desired end date. Enrollment will auto-renew for another three month period if a (30) day cancellation notice is not received.
Cancellation Fee. Those wishing to cancel their program commitment early will be subject to a $400 cancellation fee charged to the card on file, due at the time of the requested cancellation. If there is less than one month left in the original commitment, the cancellation fee will be calculated at $100 per class left in the commitment period.
Should the client's payment method fail after 14 days of trying to collect the cancellation fee, the client will be reported to collections agencies.
No refunds are issued for unused classes.
All participants and guests must comply with the following rules:
Every individual entering the property—including friends, family, and visitors—must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement before approaching the barn or participating in any activities.
This waiver must be signed each time a guest visits.
It is the responsibility of the rider or account holder to ensure compliance.
The waiver form can be completed online at: https://sendlink.co/documents/doc-form/67b14e93a6b52b35eb877687?locale=en-US
Horses are assigned one week in advance based on rider skill, progress, and safety.
Trainer assignments may vary. WildHeart Riding School reserves the right to assign or change horses and trainers as needed.
Riders are encouraged to arrive early or stay after their scheduled time to participate in horsemanship and grooming (when available).
This time may depend on schedule flow and staff availability.
Horses may be shared between lessons; riders may still observe, learn, and participate around the scheduled use.
WildHeart Riding School regularly captures photos and videos during lessons for use on social media, websites, and promotional materials.
Participation in our programs constitutes consent to be photographed or filmed.
If you do not wish to be featured, you must notify us in writing prior to your first lesson.
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected for billing or communication purposes is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties. All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment systems.
Riders and visitors are expected to act respectfully and responsibly at all times.
Bullying, gossip, refusal to follow direction, or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
Yelling and disrespecting our team members is a reason for termination without refund.
Drama, irresponsibility, or unsafe behavior is not tolerated.
Parents/guardians must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special accommodations required.
Riders with known allergies (e.g., to ants or bees) must carry emergency medication, such as an EpiPen.
WildHeart Riding School is not responsible for accidents, allergic reactions, or injuries that occur on-site. Participation is at your own risk.
All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided by WildHeart Riding School must be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in Orange County, Florida, as the sole and exclusive venue.
The initiating party in any arbitration or legal claim will be financially responsible for all legal costs and fees incurred by both parties.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
WildHeart Riding School reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
